TOM'S JOURNEY SO FAR

Tom's route to securing his drive in the most competitive junior racing series in Europe has been shorter and unconventional compared to his peers.

Taking to the grid with far more experienced drivers, Tom fought from the back of the grid to regularly compete at the front of the pack, and claimed a maiden podium in his first full season of competitive motorsport.

Tom is building on his impressive trajectory and is determined to achieve his vision

JUNIOR GINETTA CHAMPIONSHIP
2022 & 2023

In his first full year of competitive motorsport Tom has impressed with his performances, and is becoming a promising racer. Quick, brave but fair, Tom excels in the rain and has earned himself a reputation as something of a wet weather specialist.

What Tom lacks in experience he made up for in determination and a dedication to self-improvement on and off the track. In 2021 Tom made it through to the final round of the Ginetta Junior Scholarship competition against 70 other promising junior drivers. He achieved this despite only driving a Ginetta car for one day beforehand.

In 2022 he signed with his first professional race team and took to the grid in the final two rounds of the Junior Ginetta Championship making an impressive debut at Silverstone in front of 15,000 spectators.

2023 saw Tom compete in 25 races across the Junior Ginetta Championship at circuits like Silverstone, Donington Park and Brands Hatch, at events typically attracting 20,000 race fans over the weekend.

During the season, Tom moved from the back of the grid towards the front and was a regular competitor in the top 6 as a result of a number of impressive races.

His performances at Silverstone in extreme wet weather, and his maiden podium at Donington Park at the last round of the season were especially noted.

Tom exits junior Ginettas with fantastic close racing experience, and strong momentum to carry on the journey into adult series

2025

Tom’s aim in 2025 is to compete successfully in the GT Pro championship

This year Tom plans to step up to GT racing by entering the Ginetta GT Pro championship.

GTP supports the prestigious British GT package, using the brand new upgraded GTP8 car, as a stepping stone to GT4 in world GT.

In 2025 GTP will compete over 6 rounds at Britain's biggest racing circuits, a total of 12 races plus official testing.

Tom sees 2025 as a critical step on his journey to realise his vision - to be a world GT champion and win at Le Mans.
